How does Arrow-Ranitidine (Ranitidine Hydrochloride) work: Arrow-Ranitidine (Ranitidine Hydrochloride) is prescribed for short term treatment of active ulcer of duodenum and active benign ulcer of the gastric tract. It is used for gastric and duodenal ulcer. For the purpose of maintenance, reduced dosage of this medicine is used. Arrow-Ranitidine is also used in some other diseases in which excessive acid is secreted by the stomach. Zollingen Ellison disease is one of such diseases. Arrow-Ranitidine is also used for treatment of diseases such as gastro esophageal reflux disease in which acid contents of stomach are pushed back in the esophagus. Sometimes this medicine is also prescribed for the healing of damaged portions of esophagus caused by severe inflammation. Dosage & Administration: Take Arrow-Ranitidine exactly as prescribed by your physician. Make sure you follow the diet your physician recommends.
