How does it work:

Troy Ear Canker Drops are anti-bacterial, anti-fungal, and anti-parasitic medication given to pets to help treat ear mites or ear cankers. It is suitable for dogs or cats, and helps by alleviating itchiness and reducing the risk of infections.

As well as adult cats and dogs, this medication is also suitable for puppies and kittens of at least 8 weeks of age.

Dosage & Administration:

The following steps are meant only as a general guideline. Always follow the directions provided by your vet or the product packaging.

1. Wash your hands using soap and dry.
2. Gently shake the bottle to mix the liquid inside, and then open the nozzle.
3. Hold your pet's ear in an upright position, and dispense 4 to 8 drops.
4. Massage the outside of the base of the ear to encourage the liquid deeper into the ear (normally you will hear/feel the liquid whilst doing this).
5. When finished wash your hands again using soap and store the medication in a safe place away from children and household pets.

Side Effects:

This medication is normally very well tolerated by pets. Adverse effects can, however, still occur and you should promptly inform you vet of any which your pet experiences, especially if they become worrying or bothersome.

Precautions:

Ear Canker Drops are for external use only. Do not apply this medication to ears with any broken skin or injuries of any kind. Do not allow your pet or any other household pets to digest the liquid. If you have other household pets you may need to monitor them to ensure they do not lick the treated ear.

Always ensure your vet is aware of any other medication your pet is being given, and any other existing or past conditions the pet has/has had. It is also important to inform the vet of any allergies you pet has.

If your pet is pregnant, nursing babies, or used for breedin, consult your physician as this medication pay not be safe or suitable.
