How does Naprosyn (Naproxen) work: Naprosyn (Naproxen) is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs). It is used to reduce inflammation and relieve pain such as back aches, muscle pains, arthritis pains, gout attacks, menstruation pains, tendonitis, and dental pains. Dosage & Administration: Take Naprosyn consistently as instructed by your physician. Correct dosage will depend on many individual factors. Always consult your physician to discuss the correct dosage for you. The normal maximum dosage is 1500mg taken daily. Effects of the drug usually begin to show after around 2 weeks of proper dosing.
