How does Motilium work?
Motilium (Domperidone) is a dopamine antagonist with antiemetic properties that increases the movement of the stomach and bowels.

Usage:
Domperidone is used to empty the stomach, especially for those suffering from dysmotility.

Domperidone given for four to ten days has been shown to increase prolactin levels and milk supply.
