• Why don't you need a prescription to sell your products, even though the same products require one over the counter?
  • Being located outside of your own country, we operate under different laws and regulations. Any non-controlled drugs can be legally imported into the US and many other countries by individuals for their personal use, this does however vary country by country. If we receive an order from a country we are aware of having problems with, we will contact the customer to inform him/her.
• Do I need to have a medical evaluation?
  • We do not require you to have a medical evaluation, but we do strongly recommend you tell your doctor about all medication you are taking or planning to take, whether it is prescribed or non-prescription. Always consult your doctor before you start a new course of medication.
• Do you charge a consultation fee?
  • We charge our customers no consultation fee.
• Are the products that you sell Genuine or Generic?
  • The pharmaceutical products we supply are all genuine branded products, unless otherwise clearly stated on our website. The packaging may be different to what you are used to, but this is because our suppliers may be in countries other than your own where the packaging design differs.
• Are the products you sell within their expiration dates?
  • We do not sell prescription medication that is past its expiry date. It would be illegal to do so.
• Is it legal to order medications like this?
  • It is legal in most countries including the USA and the UK. If you have concerns please check with your local authorities. We will always let you know if we think there may be a problem with customs in your particular country.
• Are the medications you ship the same quality as the ones I buy at the local pharmacy?
  • We only sell medications manufactured and marketed by leading international pharmaceutical companies. As a result you can be assured of receiving high quality medication.
• Will you accept my health insurance as payment?
  • Unfortunately, We do not have any arrangements with health insurance companies or PBMs (Prescription Benefit Management companies) for prescription medication coverage.
• What currency are the prices in?
  • All prices listed on our website are in US dollars.
• What is the shipping fee?
  • The cost of standard regular airmail (7-14 business days) is $10 per order. If your order total is over $50 you will receive free shipping.
    We also offer an EMS Express shipping option with costs a flat fee of $30. This shipping option takes 3 to 7 working days.
    Please note that the EMS Shipping Option can still be affected by unavoidable postal delays so we are unable to ever completely guarantee a specific delivery time.
    Also, we do not recommend the EMS Express Shipping option for those wanting their medication shipped discreetly. When we ship by EMS Express Shipping we must describe the exact contents of the package on the shipping documentation.
• Do you off an express shipping option?
  • Yes we do. Our EMS express shipping option takes 3 to 7 business days and costs a flat fee of $30.

• Do you ship overseas?
  • We ship to many countries worldwide. If your country is including on the drop-down list of countries when ordering, we are able to ship to you. If your country is not listed, we are afraid we cannot ship to you. This is usually due to customs or mail regulations.
    Countries we cannot ship to include Albania, Australia, Austria, Brazil, Canada, Croatia, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, India, Italy, Ireland, New Zealand, Norway, Peru, Poland, Portugal, Russia, Slovakia, South Africa, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, US Virgin Islands.
• Do the products arrive discreetly packaged?
  • Everything we send is packed in regular, plain cardboard boxes with no reference to "medicine" or "pharmacy". The customs declaration sticker which we are required to orders classifies the contents as "bodycare products".
• Do you guarantee I will receive my order?
  • If your order does not arrive with you we will happily refund amount of your purchase. Alternatively, if you prefer, we can arrange a replacement order be sent to you.
• How do I place an order, or re-order a product I've ordered in the past?
  • To place an order add the items you wish to order to your shopping cart, proceed to check out, and follow the instructions provided to complete the transaction.
    If you have ordered from us in the past, and would like to repeat a previous order, simply fill out the online form and include your customer number. Alternatively, you can email us directly with your order.
• I haven't received an email confirmation of my order and it's been over 24 hours, where is it?
  • We aim to process all orders within 24 hours, after which you should receive your order confirmation. Due to the large volume of emails we send and receive, as well as the industry which we are involved in, some ISPs (Internet Service Providers) and email hosts will treat us as spam and block our emails accordingly.
    Always check your junk and spam folders in case our email has been filtered into one of these. You can also check with your ISP or email provider to ensure they have not blocked our emails.

• Why won't you reply to my emails?
  • As described above, it is possible our email has been filtered into your spam or junk folder. It is also possible your ISP has blocked emails from us completely.
• I'm having difficulty using the online order form. What do I do?
  • For assistance feel free to contact us by email using the contact form on our contact us page of the website, or alternatively chat to one of our customer service agents live by clicking on the Live Help banner, located below the category list on the left side of this web page.
• Do you offer any alternative payment methods beside payment by credit card?
  • You can also pay for your order by wire transfer. To do this you simply place your order as normal and choose "Wire Transfer" as your preferred payment method. We will then send you the appropriate information and instructions for you to proceed.
• What are your office hours?
  • Our Office hours are 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday, and 9am to 6pm on Saturdays. These times may change in the near future.
    Our time-zone is GMT +8 and we are 13 hours ahead of the North American Eastern Standard Time (EST).
• Will I be sent junk mail, or have my personal details passed on to any third-parties?
  • We do not send promotional junk mail to our customers, and we do not share any personal details of any kind with any third-parties.
• Will I be liable for international taxes, duties and customs Fees?
  • Royal Mail and USPS's local country affiliates will charge the recipient any applicable duty, taxes, and/or brokerage fees C.O.D. in the local currency at the time of delivery. All taxes, duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package. Your country's customs authority can provide you information regarding the fees you may be liable for when receiving orders from us. Your local post office or carrier can give you information on the methods of payment accepted for the duties, taxes and other fees collected upon delivery.
