• Do I need a prescription to order from your web site?
  • No, you do not need a prescription because we are based outside of the United States and Europe and operate under different laws and regulations. Non-controlled, FDA-approved medications can be legally imported into the United States and most European countires by individuals for their personal use.
• Why does the packaging on products look different than the same items at my local pharmacy?
  • The packaging may differ slightly on some items because we source our stock from countries such as Australia, India, and the United Kingdom, where product branding may be different than in other countries.
• When will I receive an order confirmation?
  • Because of the nature of the orders, the details must be checked over manually. Your credit card will be charged and you will receive a confirmation a day after your initial order. If an order is placed on the weekend, you won't receive a reply for a couple of days because our office hours are Monday through Friday.
• Are the products within their expiration date?
  • Yes. We do not sell products that are past their expiration date.
• What should I do if I did not receive my order?
  • Please email us using our contact us form and we will track your package. If it is lost, we will issue you a full refund. Or, if you would prefer, we will resend your order. Please keep in mind that we estimate deliveries to arrive within 7-14 business days.
• Are the medications you ship the same quality as the ones I buy at my local pharmacy?
  • Yes. We only supply the highest quality medications manufactured by leading international pharmaceutical companies.
• Can I pay using my health insurance?
  • No—we apologize for the inconvenience, but we do not have arrangements with health insurance companies.
• What is the shipping fee?
  • Standard air mail is $10 per order. You will receive free shipping on orders over $50.
• When will my order arrive?
  • Please allow 7-14 business days for arrival.
• Are the products packaged discreetly?
  • Yes. We package items in plain cardboard boxes. The customs declaration sticker that we are required to attach to each box classifies the contents as "body care products."
