How does Silagra (Sildenafil Citrate) work: Silagra is used to treat severe or chronic male impotence, or erectile dysfunction, by helping the patient obtain an erection in a natural way, only when the patient is sexually excited. It works by relaxing the blood vessels in the penis to encourage blood flow during arousal. Please note, this medication will not increase sexual desire and is not intended for women. Dosage & Administration: The doses of Silagra range between 25mg to 100mg to be taken about 1 hour before you expect to have sex. Do not take more than one dose of Silagra per day.
