How does Silagra (Sildenafil Citrate) work:

Silagra is used to treat severe or chronic male impotence, or erectile dysfunction, by helping the patient obtain an erection in a natural way, only when the patient is sexually excited. It works by relaxing the blood vessels in the penis to encourage blood flow during arousal. Please note, this medication will not increase sexual desire and is not intended for women.

Dosage & Administration:

The doses of Silagra range between 25mg to 100mg to be taken about 1 hour before you expect to have sex. Do not take more than one dose of Silagra per day. The amount of time Silagra take to work varies form person to person, but normally takes between half an hour to one hour.

Precautions:

Always use Silagra as instructed by your physician, declaring all other medication you are currently taking or have taken recently (including non prescriptive and narcotics).

Medications that contain Nitrates are dangerous in combination with Silagra and if you are not sure what contains Nitrates you should consult your physician. Nitrates can be found in prescriptive drugs used to treat angina (Nitroglycerin, Isosorbide mononitrate, Isosorbide dinitrate) and also in illegal drugs such as poppers (amylnitrate).
