How does Silagra (Sildenafil Citrate) work:
Silagra is used to treat severe or chronic male impotence, or erectile dysfunction, by helping the patient obtain an erection in a natural way, only when the patient is sexually excited. It works by relaxing the blood vessels in the penis to encourage blood flow during arousal. Please note, this medication will not increase sexual desire and is not intended for women.

Precautions:

Nitrates can be found in prescriptive drugs used to treat angina (Nitroglycerin, Isosorbide mononitrate, Isosorbide dinitrate) and also in illegal drugs such as poppers (amylnitrate).
