How does Arzep Nasal Spray (Azelastine) work: Arzep Nasal Spray (Azelastine) is an anthistamine that relieves nasal symptoms releated to season allergies including watery eyes, nasal congestion, itchy nose, runny nose, sneezing and postnasal drip. Dosage & Administration: Only use Arzep nasal spray as directed by your physician. Arzep nasal spray should be administered with one or two sprays into each nostril twice daily. It begins working for most people within 15 to 45 minutes. Blow you nose to clear your nostrils prior to using Azelastine Nasal Spray. Tilt you head down (this avoid the spray entering your throat) and sniff gently while spraying. If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember. If it is too close to the next dose, skip the missed dose and continue your regular schedule. Side Effects:
