How does Allenil (Olopatadine) work: Allenil contains the active ingredient, olopatadine, which is an antihistaminic and antiallergic agent. Allenil is used in the treatment of allergic rhinitis, urticaria and itching accompanied by skin diseases such as eczema, dermatitis, pruritus cutaneous, psoriasis vulgaris and erythema exudativum multiforme. Dosage & Administration: The usual recommended dose of Allenil for adults is 5mg twice a day, taken in morning and in night before sleeping. The administration for elderly should begin with a lower dose. Caution is advised throughout the treatment period. Dosage should be adjusted according to individual patient response and tolerability. Inform your physician if you have any questions on using Allenil. Your physician may know how much you should take and the dosage for your condition. Side Effects:
